Your Believe account is only useful if it stays yours. These simple habits stop the most common problems before they start.
Use a unique password
The single biggest cause of account takeovers is password reuse. If you use the same password on another site and that site is breached, an attacker will try the same password everywhere. Use a password manager and give Believe its own password.
Guard your email
Your email address is the reset point for almost every online account. Enable two-factor authentication on the email you use for Believe, and be suspicious of any message that asks you to change your Believe password or payout details.
Believe will never ask you to
- Send your password to support
- Share your account with anyone
- Move your account to another platform
- Pay a fee to unlock a reward
If something feels off, tell us
If you see activity you did not do, a payout you did not request, or a strange message pretending to be Believe, contact support immediately. We would rather help with a false alarm than miss a real one.
