If you see a reward marked pending, it means Believe has recorded your activity but the offer provider has not yet confirmed it. Providers each have their own validation windows — some check activity in minutes, others in days.
Normal pending windows
- Video rewards: usually minutes
- Simple offerwall tasks: usually the same day
- App installs and free trials: usually 24–72 hours
- Game milestones: can take several days per milestone
When you should reach out
Give the offer at least the estimated time listed on its details page, plus a small buffer. If nothing has moved after that, contact support with the offer name, your account email, the date you completed it, and any screenshots you have.
What we can (and cannot) do
Believe advocates for you with the provider, but the provider makes the final decision on whether an activity is credited. Clear records — timestamps, screenshots, provider confirmations — make it far more likely that a dispute is resolved in your favour.
